Our Commitment
The standards we hold ourselves to: how we operate, how we communicate, and how we handle your property and personal information.

Our 10% service fee is collected only upon successful recovery. You pay nothing to begin the process, nothing if we are unable to recover your property, and nothing at any point before funds are disbursed. This aligns our interests entirely with yours.
Before you sign anything, you will receive a complete disclosure of our fee, the estimated claim amount, and the filing requirements for your jurisdiction. There are no hidden charges, no retainers, and no obligations. You may withdraw at any time before submission.
We operate in full compliance with applicable state statutes governing unclaimed property investigators, including fee caps, disclosure requirements, and filing procedures. Our agreements are reviewed for compliance with the laws of each state in which we operate.
All documents submitted through this portal are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored on access-controlled, secure servers. We retain your documents only for the duration necessary to process your claim and comply with applicable record-keeping requirements.
We collect only the minimum personal information required to verify your identity and process your claim. Your information is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for any purpose other than claim processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You always have the right to file a claim directly with the relevant state agency at no cost. We disclose this clearly in our finder agreement. Our service exists for those who prefer professional representation, not to obscure or complicate a process you could navigate independently.
Ironclad Claims Division operates as a licensed unclaimed property investigator in compliance with applicable state statutes. Our finder agreements, fee disclosures, and filing procedures are reviewed for compliance with the laws of each jurisdiction in which we operate. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. If you require legal counsel regarding your claim, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney in your state.
Ironclad Claims Division is a specialized asset recovery division of Ironclad Equity & Assets Group, Inc.
